Kverneland Group Soest has been certified for its family-friendly company culture by the wfg (regional economic development of the Soest district).

Family-friendly company culture – What does this mean?

Hasan Kesek, Managing Director, and Manuel Jung, HR, explain the criteria and the importance of this certification.

For the last years, the company Kverneland Group Soest has been on a modern course:

• After very difficult years, when management and staff worked hard and succeeded in a feat of strength to save the jobs on site, the focus was set on the employees, and on improving human resources.
• In good cooperation with the works council, several company agreements have been updated, others are in the pipeline.
• There are many long-term employees working at Kverneland Group Soest.
• We are proud of a collegial interaction.
• Due to a special working time agreement, employees benefit from long summer holiday opportunities (up to 6 weeks are possible).

We are very proud of this certification – which will be reviewed every two years.
We will stay on track as we feel that a good family-friendly company culture is also beneficial to remain competitive in today’s labour market.
