The Kverneland 3400 B Variomat shear-bolt plough made a strong debut in the UK market at LAMMA 2026, securing the Bronze Award for Arable Establishment Innovation of the Year.
Held in the second week of January at the NEC, Birmingham, LAMMA is the UK’s leading indoor farm machinery exhibition, welcoming more than 45,000 visitors and over 800 exhibitors. Kverneland’s stand once again remained in Hall 12, neighboring the Kubota stand and reflecting the strong alignment between the brands and teams.
The launch of the Kverneland 3400 B Variomat at LAMMA offered an ideal opportunity to showcase the machine to farmers and contractors, while also allowing it to be entered into the respected LAMMA Innovation Awards.
This latest recognition also marks the third consecutive year that Kverneland innovations has received an award at LAMMA. In 2024, Kverneland PUDAMA technology received the Gold IAgreE Environmental Award, while in 2025 Kverneland CurvePilot won the Gold Award for Grassland Innovation of the Year, alongside Bronze Awards for both the Kverneland Sync and Kverneland Rotago F power harrow.
With high levels of interest on the stand and further recognition in the Innovation Awards, LAMMA 2026 was a great way to begin the year.
